If you are looking for peace and quiet and would like to explore the surrounding nature, away from all noise, then this property in the picturesque little fishing village Novigrad (about 30 minutes by car from Zadar) is the ideal holiday accommodation. It is very close to the beach, quietly situated on a residential street with little traffic in the Crnopalj area.

Whether you are a couple or a family, it provides the right accommodation for everyone. Each apartment has comfortable and modern furnishing. The charming décor makes the cosy atmosphere complete. Each apartment has air conditioning in the living room that can also be used for heating. Satellite TV, a DVD player, a radio and Wi-Fi are available, along with many other extras such as a hairdryer, iron, safe, towels, bed linen, shower gel.

A grill is available to all house guests. The centrepiece of the property is of course the 30m² communal swimming pool, inviting you to take a refreshing dip. The pool landscape has an outdoor shower. The garden can also be used by all guests. There are parking spaces by the house and you can use the host’s washing machine on request for a fee.

The property is about a 5 to 10-minute walk from the centre, shops and restaurants. The sea with concrete lounger areas is about 150 metres away. The picturesque fishing village Novigrad is in the fjord-like influence of the Novigrad sea. A medieval castle rises above it, rich in history. The vibrant metropolis Zadar with its old town that is worth seeing is about 30 minutes away by car. You can drive to the Paklenica, Krka waterfalls, Kornati and Plitvice Lakes national parks within 30-90 minutes. The nearby river Zrmanja (20 minutes) offers a wonderful rafting area for active holiday-makers. Jeep safaris and hiking tours are available in the nearby Velebit mountains.

The holiday apartment on the ground floor measures around 42m² and can accommodate up to four people. The light living and dining room includes a fully-equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, along with a two-ring hob, a toaster, a kettle and a fully automatic coffee. A dining table for four people invites you to sit together and dine sociably. The generous sofa in the living room (270 x 120cm) can be converted easily into a comfortable bed (200 x 150cm). The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a wardrobe. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.



The living room opens onto the private furnished terrace, ideal for breakfast and relaxing outdoors.

    “Es war ein toller Urlaub und wären wir mal wieder in dieser Gegend würden wir wieder buchen... Positiv: Die Unterkunft war toll, mit allem ausgestattet was man für den Alltag im Haus benötigt. Die Kaffeemaschine wurde bei Bedarf regelmäßig vom Vermieter mit frischen, ganzen Bohnen gefüllt. Die Vermieter waren einfach nur klasse. Sehr, sehr nett und sehr locker und lustig drauf. Der Pool war ein Traum, wurde täglich gereinigt und man kam direkt von der Terrasse rein. Wir hatten uns das SUP ausgeliehen und hatten ne Menge Spaß.... Negativ: Mir hat persönlich ein größerer Spiegel gefehlt und evtl. Fliegengitter fürs Schlafzimmerfenster....es waren einige Mücken nachts unterwegs...aber ansonsten alles top...”

    “Wir hatten das Apartment 2 im Erdgeschoss für 8 Tage bezogen. Die Beschreibung stimmt mit dem überein was man vorfindet. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, alles ordentlich und der Pool absolut top. Und die Vermieter entpuppten sich als außerordentlich gastfreundlich und sehr unterhaltsam :) Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Novigrad und waren mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal da. Schöne Grüße nach Novigrad auch von Sarah, sie vermisst den Pool sehr...”

    -sehr steiniger, felsiger, nicht leicht erreichbarer Strand
    -keine Bar oder Restaurant am Strand
    -kein Bäcker oder Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe
    Auto (5 Minuten Bergab)
    -keine Shoppingmöglichkeiten im Ort Positiv: -Apartment exakt wie auf den Bildern und nah am Strand
    -sehr sehr sauber und desinfiziert!!
    -an alles gedacht im apartment
    -sehr qualitative Ausstattung in allen Räumlichkeiten
    -Besitzer ist sehr freundlich, großzügig und hilfsbereit Negativ: -Die Lage

    -Für frische Brötchen nutzt man Auto oder läuft ein gutes ganzes Stück (ca. 1 Kilometer) Bergab.
    -Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist 10-12 Minuten entfernt.

    -Der Strand direkt am Apartment ist ziemlich schwer zu erreichen, sehr steinig und Bergab (wenn man schlecht zu Fuß ist, dann ist es eher nicht so leicht)
    - Am Strand keine Restaurants oder Bars.”
