Modern holiday apartment with a garden and a view of the lake UnterseeThe newly built holiday apartment is quiet location on the outskirts, about 700 metres from access to the lake. Owing to the location on a south-facing slope, you can enjoy a great view from the terrace and the interior of the lake Untersee, the Swiss shore and the well-tended garden.With upscale amenities, the apartment has a living space of approximately 80 m² and offers comfort for up to four people. You reach the apartment via a separate entrance with wardrobe. For cooking, the fully equipped kitchen invites. The extendable dining table with leather seating can accommodate four to six people. On the leather couch you can relax. And if you like, thanks to the Sky subscription, you will not miss the Bundesliga, sporting events, series and film highlights in UHD quality. HD + is also unlocked for you. The entertainment is rounded off by a UHD Smart TV, a Bose sound system and free Wi-Fi.The oak-floored bedrooms each have bedside tables, full-length mirrors and practical wardrobes. In the bedroom with lake view is a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm).The high-quality bathroom is equipped with a floor-level rain shower, glass shower screen, toilet, vanity unit, hairdryer and a lighted mirror cabinet.The large terrace has a table with seating for six people and two sun loungers. Owing to the roofing, you can spend time on the terrace even when the weather is temperamental and can always find a shady spot when it is sunny. The apartment has two car parking spaces on site. You can park bicycles in the lockable garage. There are practical cleaning utensils in the cellar, as well as space to store luggage and bags.The antiallergenic architect’s and low-energy house, built of solid brick, was completed in 2016. It has underfloor heating with innovative single-room regulation, central ventilation with heat and moisture recovery, ensuring residential comfort and environmental friendliness. The entire energy requirement is ensured as a whole CO2-neutral with a photovoltaic system, solar thermal energy and wood pellets. To improve the water quality, a soft water system is in operation.Two Linder aluminum boats are available for hire. The Suzuki 5 hp outboard Linder Fishing 440 with Suzuki outboard and the patented Bowrider Linder Arkip 530 BR with 100 hp Suzuki outboards are great for small and big adventures on Lake Constance.The apartment is an ideal starting point to explore the Lake Constance region, the Upper Rhine and Switzerland. By boat you can reach the popular destinations Radolfzell, Konstanz, Mainau and Schaffhausen with its Rhine Falls from the landing stage in Wangen. Zurich is also suitable for a day trip. The guest card gives you free use of local public transport and discounts on various tourist attractions.

    “Erg mooi, modern en schoon appartement met twee slaapkamers. Het ontbreekt aan niets, inclusief een goed werkend en snel internet. Het ligt hoog in het dorp op een helling met als resultaat zicht op het meer vanaf het terras. Er is een garage waar de fietsen eventueel achter slot opgeslagen kunnen worden en de verhuurder verhuurd eventueel een kleine of grote boot.

    Voor de verhuurders was niets te gek om het voor ons een aangenaam verblijf te maken. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

    Afhankelijk van hoe je hier in staat is het goed om te weten dat het appartement onderdeel van de woning van de eigenaar is. Dit moet je liggen. En ook moet je je realiseren dat het op een gewone fiets ( geen e-bike ) vanaf de rondweg aan het meer best een serieus klimmetje naar de woning is.

    Maar ben je in het appartement, dan is het helemaal top. Modern, schoon, uitzicht, stil, fijne bedden, etc...”

    “Dit appartement is zéér aan te bevelen. Alle faciliteiten voor een comfortabel verblijf zijn aanwezig. De ligging is perfect. Heel rustig en met een prachtig uitzicht. Voor een 4-persoonsappartement is het heel ruim. Het appartement was heel schoon en netjes en heel licht!
    De huurprijs vonden wij vrij hoog, maar het is het wel waard.”

    “Sehr moderne, helle und edle Ausstattung. Alles sehr sauber! Viel Platz in den Schränken im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer. Küche voll ausgestattet. Alles da. Wunderbarer Blick über den See. Frühstück auch draußen möglich. Die Vermieter sind zuvorkommend, offen und kinderfreundlich.
    Insgesamt eine perfekte Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)”
