The owner lives on the property, but the garden around the house is only used by you, so you keep your privacy. There are cycling and hiking trails nearby. By car you can reach beaches in Volo?ko, Opatija and I?i?i, with idyllic 12 km long walk along the sea. Entertainment can be found in Opatija, with rich gastronomic offer and cultural events. You can also visit the nearest islands, the U?ka Nature Park and the Istrian region.
