Da dieses Doppelhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Einbahnstraße liegt, genießen Sie als Gast vollkommene Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Dennoch sind es ins Zentrum von Matulji, einer kleinen, liebenswerten Stadt am Eingang der Kvarner Bucht, nur circa 150 bis 200 Meter. Der Wald, der das Gebäude auf zwei Seiten umgibt, sorgt für zusätzliche Ruhe.
Die beiden Häuser sind sehr gut ausgestattet; die Inneneinrichtung wurde vom Vermieter, der ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück wohnt, mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, so dass Sie sich als Gast sofort wie zuhause fühlen werden.
Im wunderschön angelegten Garten mit einer Terrasse, einem Grillplatz sowie vielen Blumen und Weinreben lässt es sich einfach herrlich entspannen und ausruhen. Für beide Haushälften steht je eine Garage zur Verfügung. Weitere überdachte Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es im abgeschlossenen Hof.
Haustiere sind gegen eine kleine Gebühr herzlich willkommen. Da das Grundstück eingezäunt und die Einfahrt durch ein Tor gesichert ist, können sich Ihre vierbeinigen Lieblinge frei bewegen. Die Nutzung von Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Internet ist gebührenfrei. Auch die Garage steht Ihnen ohne zusätzliche Kosten zur Verfügung.
Dank der Nähe zum Zentrum ist man rasch in der Stadt mit ihren Geschäften, Restaurants und Supermarkt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäckereien, eine Pizzeria und der Markt, wo Sie auch frischen Fisch kaufen können, sind fußläufig erreichbar. So befinden sich der erste Lebensmittelladen und die erste Bäckerei nur 150 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Bis zu einem größeren Supermarkt sind es ungefähr 250 Meter. The holiday house is newly built and has just opened for visitors. It can comfortably fit 4 adults, and we encourage you to bring your pets.
The interior was designed with love and passion, so our esteemed guests would get the warm feel of home right from the doorstep – unlike usual emotionless accommodation.
You are welcome to use the-50 sq-meter-living space and park your car in spacious garage. Also, there is a patio and a beautiful garden with barbecue at your disposal.
