Apartment is situated in the center of Posedarje. It is in the immediate vicinity of the doctor, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, post office, post fishmonger, butcher, and a park for children, so it is not necessary to use the car. Apartment is near sand, gravel, concrete and rocky beaches.
The ground floor is about 130 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A large living room with a flatscreen TV, two-seater sofa, three-seater sofa and armchair. There is also 3 bedrooms next to it. First bedroom has king-size bed (1.60 m width), second bedroom has king-size bed (1.60 m width) and third bedroom has 2 single bed (0.90 m width). Plus there is a fully-equipped modern kitchen with an oven,induction hob, fridge, deep freezer and a dining area. There are 2 bathrooms. First bathroom has shower, toilet, basin and hair dryer and second one has toilet, basin, hair dryer and washing machine for clothes. There is also small house in the yard which is rented together with big apartment. Small house is a studio for 2 person.
Apartment has big terrace with barbecue, table and chairs. It also has yard with 2 parking places.
In whole apartment WI-FI is provided.
Apartment is 1 km distance from sand beach and 40 m distance from shingle beach. Apartment is located 20 km from Zadar, 30 km from Airport, 18 km from National Park Paklenica, 60 km from National Park Krka, 100 km from National Park Plitvice lakes, 5 km from bungee jumping on the Maslenica bridge, 15 km from the rafting on the river Zrmanja.
