On the first floor there is a smaller apartment with its own living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, while in addition there is a spacious living room with kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper floor. Thus, the house is interesting for two families or friends who want to spend their vacations together, but still keep their own living and sleeping areas. On the property there is a nice barbecue terrace suitable for socializing and a pool ideal for a pleasant refreshment on hot summer days. Next to the house there is an olive grove with a meadow where your children can play carefree. Opatija itself offers plenty of entertainment both in the summer months and throughout the year. Also, do not miss to enjoy the rich gastronomic and oenological offer in a number of great restaurants. Do you love active recreation in nature? For this we recommend the U?ka Nature Park with its numerous forest and cycling trails.
