The property of 1700 m² has two houses with a large swimming pool, green gardens and a large olive grove that offers all the comforts of the modern age embedded in a traditional Dalmatian landscape and architecture. Both houses are fully air conditioned. Features include: KITCHEN: top modern, fully equipped (refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, all kitchen appliances) LIVING-/DINING: living room furniture and dining table for 6 people, satellite, LCD TV, WiFi BEDROOMS: bedroom 1 with double bed (160cm x 200cm) for two adults. Bedroom 2 with double bed (160cm x 200cm) for two adults. Bedroom 3 with double bed (160cm x 200cm) for two adults. Children’s cot and a high chair BATHROOMS: modern shower with all the equipment SUMMER KITCHEN: a summer kitchen is located on the ground floor of one of the houses with a large stone table and a sofa. The guests are able to stay all day because it is protected from the sun with Mediterranean herbs. Summer kitchen is equipped with all kitchen appliances and a washing machine. There also is an indoor fireplace with barbecue facilities.
