In the renowned spa and ski resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim in Carinthia, close to the border. Bad Kleinkirchheim a village of about 2000 inhabitants in the district of Spittal an der Drau. This resort is famous for its ski resorts (more than 180 km of slopes with 32 lifts) and for its famous spas, such as the Therme St. Kathrein and the Thermal Romerbad. In Staudach, in a privileged position in front of the Nockalmbahn lifts, an important single house with a large and pleasant garden. Spacious and cozy living room with open kitchen area, central tiled stove, black leather lounge and TV. panoramic terrace. Two double rooms, one with bunk beds for 3 people, one single room and two bathrooms + 1 toilet. Parking space, washing machine and dishwasher. Ideal starting point for trips to the Nocky mountains and high altitude walks. Groups of adults and families are welcome. We do not host groups of young people under the age of 25. The spa facilities are only 5 minutes away by car, ideal to frquentare on rainy days. You can also reserve the lower apartment (communicating from the stairs entrance) with kitchen, two rooms for 4 guests, living room kitchen,The check-in operations (check-in at 4.00 pm / check-out from 8.00 am) are carried out at my office in the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim, in  ISA Agentur….Dorfstrsse 49 where the guests are registered, the deposit ,payment of the tourist tax, and any payments, the delivery of the wifi device. We then accompany the guests to the house, visit the accommodation and give instructions on the equipment supplied with the accommodation, and on how to return them. We remain available for any problem / need throughout your stay. On the day of departure we meet the guests in the accommodation and after a short inspection we return the deposit.
