The advantages of being in this exclusive urbanisation mean that you can have services that no other has in the area, access to a gym area, possibility of enjoying an adults-only pool or a large family pool with sea views, laundry, tennis courts and most importantly, direct access to the coastal walkway of the Costa del Sol, which means that just a few metres from the apartment you have the beach so you can enjoy kilometres of walking and relaxation by the sea. As well as the gastronomic offer you will find along the way.

The distribution of the community buildings means that it is generally a quiet community and each apartment block has an intimate condition in which you can enjoy a small terrace space without separating to be able to have lunch under the awning with which the accommodation is equipped.
The apartment has internet to keep your work up to date in case you need to telework, or simply watch your favourite series on the Smart TV. You can enjoy a spacious living room where you can enjoy your lunches, relax, and enjoy. A cosy kitchen equipped with everything necessary so that you have no problems preparing any lunch.
The living-dining room space of the apartment is spacious and bright, as the access door to the apartment (it is a ground floor) is the window itself with a previous iron security closure. On the coldest days, for example, you can enjoy the clarity of the day and be sheltered, and on sunny days you can enjoy the community area with tables and chairs outdoors.
It has a bedroom with a double bed, the other two places are on a sofa bed.
The bathroom it has is with a shower tray.
