This vacation home with heated pool is located in the small village of Rukavac in a breathtaking location on the slopes of the Ucka Mountains, above the famous Opatija. Here you will be literally spoiled! Enjoy the ideal climatic conditions, where the sea climate mixes with the mountain air. The unique feature of this vacation property is the spectacular panoramic view over the Kvarner islands and the bay with turquoise water. Especially in the evening, the view reveals the lights in the distance. On the first floor of the smart interiors, the living area is connected to a spacious covered terrace with barbecue, sunbathing lawn and infinity pool. Upstairs, in addition to three of four bedrooms, is a mini-spa with sauna and whirlpool. The konoba invites you to socialize with contents such as table tennis, indoor fireplace, kitchen and TV.

Active vacationers are well served on the natural plot opposite the cottage: here are badminton net, forest with hiking trails and tennis courts located about 500m away.
The ideal location allows you to explore Istria and Kvarner. Opatija, Lovran and Volosko offer a range of entertainment and cultural programs in the summer evenings. Gourmets will enjoy tasting local specialties in excellent taverns nearby.
