Immersed in nature, nestled in the heart of beautiful mountains, La Piccola Residenza offers you a relaxing holiday in summer and winter. The apartment, decorated with warm wood, it consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and another double bedroom with bunk bed, a bathroom and a beautiful panoramic balcony that opens onto the valley. Oga is a typical small country village just minutes from Bormio, in Valtellina. At 1500 meters above sea level, in the heart of large coniferous forests, it is surrounded by alpine ranges and is the starting point for the towns of Upper Valtellina, Switzerland and South Tyrol. In addition to beautiful walks, many mountain sports are practicable in the area in summer and winter and you can enjoy a fitness in the thermal waters of Bormio.

    “In dieser günstigen Preiskategorie ist diese Ferienwohnung einigermaßen akzeptabel. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Was das Inventar betrifft wenn auch noch in einem gepflegten Zustand ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Mit wenig Aufwand könnte die Wohnung aufgepeppt werden um mehr Wohlfühlcharakter zu bekommen. Die Wohnzimmerecke ist nicht gemütlich genug. ( Lampen, Lichtverhältnisse, Sofa etc. ) Auf der Eckbank und den Stühlen befinden sich keine Sitzkissen.
    Die Geschirrausstattung etwas dürftig. Keine Frühstücksteller und schöne Kaffeetassen. Nur zwei große Milchkaffeetassen und sehr kleine Tässchen. Kochutensilien sind ausreichend. Es gibt jedoch kein Backofen nur ein Microwellenherd und ein Induktionsherd. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein großer Kleiderschrank der nur bedingt zur Benutzung frei gegeben ist. In dem Schrank lagern sämtliche Bettdecken, Wolldecken, Bettwäsche usw. und auch Ausrangiertes der in einer Ferienwohnung nichts zu suchen hat. Das Bad ist gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Genügend heißes Wasser und auch die Heizung funktioniert hervorragend. Der große Balkon der um die ganze Wohnung führt wertet das ganze sehr auf.
