Detached house 120 m2 in two floors.

On the ground floor it has living room, full open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a room with twin beds (90cm), and a bedroom with double bed (150cm).

The first floor has an exterior acces, and it is a bedroom with double bed (150cm) and ensuite bathroom with shower.

There is an exterior toilet near the pool and an exterior shower.

It has refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, stereo, DVD, iron.

We provide you of towels, bed linen and cot.

It has WIFI, satellite TV, barbecue.

Air conditioning (hot/cold split) in the rooms.

AIR CONDITIONING - NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE - If you want to enjoy the optional air conditioning, it has an extra cost that will depend on the price per kW/hour.

There is a porche area with a carchoil barbaque and exterior dining room where you would spend most of yuor time, it is close to the exterior toilet and the pool. 

The house has a nice pool area with solarium too, equipped with hammocks and parasol.

It has a hammock-chill out area ideal for relaxing, surrounded by the garden where meanwhile the little ones can play freely. Outdoor bathroom with shower in the pool area near the barbecue. With parking area.

The site is fenced and has trees around the plot to preserve the privacy of the tenants.

We accept some animals, please ask about it.

A cat lives in this farm, in the outside area, which walks around the farm and its surroundings, as well as there is also a fence with chickens at the back of the house, so we ask visitors to give food (which we provide them) to both the cat and the chickens, from the latter, visitors will be able to dispose of the eggs they lay.

The house is 400meters to Rotana’s Golf course, where you can enjoy meals in their famous restaurant.
