This wonderful vacation house is functionally equipped and is located in the vicinity of Sutivan, on the island of Bra? It is situated on a spacious plot of about 22,000 m² and consists in the interior of two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bathroom. Outside there are two terraces at your disposal. From the large terrace with pool and sundeck you have a wonderful panoramic view of the sea and the fantastic sunsets that you will enjoy here. On the other side of the house you have a covered terrace with barbecue, where you can sit comfortably together while preparing delicious meals.
Sutivan is a place with many beautiful bays and pebble beaches, rich gastronomic offers and cultural events. Active vacationers can explore the surroundings on bike paths. There is also a dog beach in the village. The last approx. 2.5 km to the house are on an unpaved road.
