Holiday home Uckermark with large terrace
The quiet detached house with approx. 120 m² of living space consists of the ground floor: Living room: with fireplace, patio window with access to the garden. Kitchen: electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle etc.. Bedroom: with 1 double bed, walk-in wardrobe. Bathroom: shower, bathtub, underfloor heating.
1st floor: one bedroom with sofa bed, one bedroom with two single beds (can also be joined together) 90 x 200cm, all rooms can be darkened, guest WC.
The house stands on a large plot (5000m²) in an idyllic secluded location with views over fields and meadows. There is a large garden (2000m² for exclusive use, fenced in with a hedge or fence) for our guests, with a large terrace, teak furniture, deckchair, hammock, table tennis table, campfire site, barbecue area. There is also a small herb corner for you to cook in. The old fruit trees in the garden invite you to pick your own fruit. Small guests are very welcome, sandpit, swing, balance beam, football goal, cot, high chair, 2 bicycles, 1 bicycle child seat up to max. 20kg, board games, books and table football are available and can be used free of charge.
Car parking spaces are available on the property.
Spend your holiday with a nice campfire or a cosy evening by the fireplace. Explore the countryside with its numerous bodies of water by bike, or hike to the lake 2.5 km away. The town of Templin attracts visitors with its completely preserved medieval town wall. Or you can visit Berlin or perhaps take a trip to the Baltic Sea. These destinations are also not far away.
Have your children always wanted to go on a riding holiday? But would you rather enjoy the peace and quiet? Then you can register your children as day children at the riding centre approx. 3.5 km away. You bring your children there in the morning, relax in the Urlaubshaus-Uckermark and listen to the peace and quiet. You can pick your child up again in the late afternoon. (only in the holiday season of Berlin and Brandenburg, and free places)
Or you can go on an accompanied ride to the lake or across the fields.
You can also go fishing, swimming, diving, hiking, nordic walking or mushroom picking in the neighbourhood.
Tennis, minigolf, billiards and a small indoor swimming pool and a 2000m² indoor playground about 2km away.

Large parts of this unique natural environment are now nature reserves. Visitors can see large numbers of cranes and, with a bit of luck, sea eagles, black storks, beavers and otters. In the evenings, you can listen to the frogs singing around a lovely campfire.
The house is located in the Uckermark, (Brandenburg, border Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) between Templin and Prenzlau. Approx. 80km from Berlin and approx. 150km from Usedom.
