It is a small residence made of 3/4 apartments (for maximum 10/12 persons)
Cuore di palme has been built in white Mediterranean style, it is surrounded by many palms varieties which are the frame to the swimming pool in common use to the guests.
The interior design is comfortable and high quality.
The inhabited centre of Floridia is distant only 1 km for the shopping, restaurants, bars…, Siracusa is 12 km, the beaches area approximately 15 minutes by car.
During summer, a part the pool, you consider included also 2 weekly free pass to the private beach of Fontane Bianche (at about 15 mn drive) where you’ll have deck chairs (2 each 4 persons) and sun umbrella.
The "Hut" is a new type of accommodation, circular shape, it has been constructed using natural material, like the wood and the canes. Inside, the furnishing is comfortable and of quality, the hut is supplied of every comforts in a unique atmosphere: wide matrimoniale bed, angle baking and frigo, closets and bedside tables, TV, air conditioning, wide bath with shower. In total it has therefore approximately 33 s.mt.
It has of one small veranda ombreggiata and a parking near the room.
The swimming pool is in common with the hosts, and it is found to approximately 10 mt from the accommodations.
