The property and the garden are rich in facilities for rest, relaxation and entertainment for children. There is also a garden stone house with a summer kitchen. It is carefully decorated with old traditional details and there is also a barbecue, outdoor fireplace and a beautiful covered outdoor terrace where you can dine in a slow Mediterranean rhythm. The youngest will have fun on the trampoline, swings, slides, climbing house and seesaw. The villa is surrounded by a large, carefully maintained garden and there is also a garden where vegetables are grown, while the smell of Mediterranean herbs will accompany you everywhere. There is also a pool, perfect for refreshing and relaxing with the chirping of birds. Accommodation in the villa is located on the upper floor, where, in addition to a large living room and kitchen, there are three excellently equipped bedrooms with cable TV. There is also an excellent restaurant nearby. Enjoy the beautiful green countryside, visit the nearby Opatija Riviera with many beaches, the historic town of Kastav and shop in Rijeka. In Kvarner there are the best Croatian restaurants with excellent Mediterranean cuisine. For those who want adrenaline, we recommend the U?ka Nature Park with numerous cycling, hiking and walking trails and viewpoints. There is also a paragliding airfield.
