Die Wohnungsgenossenschaft GWG Erfurt-Süd wurde 1898 gegründet. Wir freuen uns daher, Sie in unserer Gästewohnung begrüßen zu dürfen. Die Vermietung an Feriengäste erfolgt erst seit der Sanierung im Jahr 2012 und wurde vorwiegend durch unserer Mitglieder genutzt. Der Zugang zu unserer Gästewohnung ist ebenerdig. Unsere Gästewohnung verfügt über 55 m² mit einen kombiniertes  Wohn- und Schlafzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad. Die Gästewohnung ist für 4 Personen + 1 Gästebett (90x200) ausgelegt. Sie vefügt über ein Bad mit Dusche und einer eingerichteten Küche.

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Süden der Stadt. Sie erreichen  in 20 Geh-Minuten oder in der Nähe mit dem ÖPNV in 5 Minuten das Stadtzentrum.
