All three upper floors of this holiday house with 6 apartments and a penthouse were built in timber construction.

Both walls and ceilings consist of visible solid wood panels of the highest surface quality. Domestic wood species oak (walls) and spruce (ceilings) are used in the living area, as well as stone pine (walls) in the bedrooms.

The living rooms are equipped with oiled oak floors and underfloor heating.

The tiled bathrooms also have a radiator for drying towels and textiles.

This cozy and modern design apartment offers enough space on 41 m² for 2 - 4 people to spend a relaxing holiday in the holiday region Faaker See.

Upon entering the apartment, you enter the vestibule with a walk-in wardrobe. From this vestibule you have access to the bathroom with toilet and the spacious living-bedroom.
