Located in Drobollach on Lake Faak, Apart Faaker See offers unobstructed views of Lake Faak and the Karawanken range beyond. The Mittagskogel rises impressively behind the turquoise lake.

Restaurants, a coffee house, a pizzeria and a supermarket are nearby.

From the holiday home the beach Drobollach is easily reachable in about 5 minutes and each apartment has its own bathing cabin.

In the nearer and further environment there are many excursion destinations for young and old and for sporty enthusiasts the door and door are open for a wide variety of sports.

method of construction

All three upper floors of this holiday house with 6 apartments and a penthouse were built in timber construction.

Both walls and ceilings consist of visible solid wood panels of the highest surface quality. Domestic wood species oak (walls) and spruce (ceilings) are used in the living area, as well as stone pine (walls) in the bedrooms.

The living rooms are equipped with oiled oak floors and underfloor heating.

The tiled bathrooms also have a radiator for drying towels and textiles.

The lift in the house allows the barrier-free accessibility of all apartments.

The penthouse and the garden apartments have an exclusive infrared cabin by Physiotherm.

The covered balconies are equipped with glass slide rails, so that the view of Lake Faak remains as free as possible.

All apartments are equipped with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi.

In the basement there is a ski and shoe stable, which in the summer as a space for golf bags u.d.g. can be used.

Bicycles and other larger sports equipment can be parked in the lockable hut next to the carport.

In the basement there are, for all guests accessible, a washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as an ironing board and an iron.

Each apartment is a carport for a car available, for other cars parking is available.

Under the carport there are also 2 car charging stations for the free charging of your car with self-generated solar power.

LONG DESCRIPTION

This cozy and modern design apartment offers enough space on 41 m² for 2 - 4 people to spend a relaxing holiday in the holiday region Faaker See.

Upon entering the apartment, you enter the vestibule with a walk-in wardrobe. From this vestibule you have access to the bathroom with toilet and the spacious living-bedroom. From this, with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a double bed, a sofa bed and a flat screen furnished living room, you get to a 15 m² balcony overlooking the Faaker See, the Karawanken and Mittagskogel.

When setting up, we attach great importance to high-quality materials, harmonious colors and local woods such as spruce and oak in the bedrooms. Through this room equipment and the solid wood construction of the entire house, we offer them special healthy and comfortable living comfort. This allows us to give you a special feeling of well-being and the necessary relaxation during your holiday.

A carport and a lockable storage room for bicycles, other sports equipment or the stroller are available for free directly at the Apart-Faakersee.
