The accommodation is located in the center of La Cala de Mijas on a pedestrian street. You can only park your vehicle on this street for a few minutes to unload your luggage. We recommend finding parking in the surrounding area, as the accommodation does not have a parking space.

Although the town is small, it is well-equipped like a city. You’ll find practically everything you need nearby: various supermarkets, restaurants, hairdressers, hardware stores, lawyers, veterinarians, notaries, opticians, car repair shops, banks, gyms, two schools, high schools, shops, bus stops, taxis, the Town Hall, and the Cultural Center. There is a health center about 300 meters away, just outside the town center.

The apartment is subject to a deposit, which must be paid before your arrival or during check-in. The deposit will be refunded 48 hours after your departure and after the inspection of the apartment.

As you will see, enjoying this apartment is very easy. Start your day with a walk along the beaches of La Cala, having all services nearby, including supermarkets, entertainment, and dining options. If you are traveling with children, just a few meters from the apartment, you will find public facilities, both in the urban area and on the beach, where you can have a good time with them and enjoy watching them play, either on the beach or in the park.

The apartment is located in a building with three apartments and two studios. Although there is no elevator, you only need to climb a few steps to reach the first floor, which feels more like a mezzanine, where this apartment is the only one on the floor.

Upon entering the accommodation, you will have a wide view of the balcony, dining-living room, and open-plan kitchen. A large sofa dominates this space, where you can sit and enjoy a pleasant evening with your family watching TV or enjoying your favorite series thanks to the free Wi-Fi connection offered by the accommodation. You can create different atmospheres at night in the living-dining room, thanks to the extensive lighting options, allowing you to choose which area to illuminate.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning in all functional rooms, including bedrooms and the living room. It also has double-glazed windows, providing extra noise insulation and improved temperature control, making the accommodation more efficient when the air conditioning is on.

The open-plan kitchen features an industrial design with stainless steel furniture, allowing you to prepare any type of meal for you and your family. If you’re missing any ingredients, don’t worry; there are grocery stores right next door!

Behind the sofa bed, there is a cabinet where the hosts have prepared (if you wish to use them) an iron, board games, and beach chairs. Please treat these items with care and respect if you use them.

Walking down the hallway that separates the living-dining room from the bedrooms, you’ll find a half-bathroom (with just a sink and toilet). This bathroom includes a washing machine for your convenience.

Continuing down the hallway, you’ll reach the two spacious bedrooms, which accommodate 4 of the 6 guests. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms—one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. One bedroom has a Queen Size bed, while the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have windows to the outside, and the room with the single beds features a terrace where you can relax, read a book, or enjoy a cup of tea.

The fifth and sixth guests can sleep on the comfortable Italian-style sofa bed in the living room.

The accommodation includes fiber optic Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The televisions in the bedrooms work via Wi-Fi only and are not connected to the antenna network.
