Holiday home in Burhave with small garden

The spacious semi-detached house is located in the middle of a mixed residential area, which is close to the centre and the beach. All important shopping and leisure facilities are within walking distance. Bicycles are available for further excursions or public transport can be used.

The small private garden is bordered by a hedge and offers patio furniture with cushions and parasol, two garden loungers and a charcoal barbecue. In the adjoining storage room there is a washing machine, some toys and 2 bicycles (2x 28").
The car parking spaces are located on the property in front of the house. All areas are well lit.

The house "Nordseestern" has been furnished to a high standard in country house style and has exclusive furnishings with a large wellness bathroom with sauna and whirlpool (approx. 17 m²), terrace, balcony on the upper floor, wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and insect screens.
The 4 cosy bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor, all have a flat-screen TV and plenty of storage space.
2 baby cots are also available for our younger guests.
A high-quality, country-style kitchen with extensive equipment, open to the dining area, invites you to cook, enjoy and linger. There is an additional small kitchenette with fridge on the upper floor. A high chair, children's crockery and blender complete the equipment for younger guests.
In the living area, a wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth, which you can enjoy from the comfortable sofa, which also leads to the large terrace.
Upstairs you will find a daylight-bright wellness bathroom with sauna, whirlpool, rain shower, WC and double washbasin as well as high-quality bathroom furniture. A second bathroom with daylight and a rain shower is located on the ground floor.
All rooms are equipped with electric shutters and have underfloor heating. The living room, bathroom and bedroom windows have insect screens. The staircase area is protected by a stair gate

Burhave is located on the green island of Butjdingen on the Jade Bay. Many meadows and primarily the coastal area characterise the surroundings. Burhave has its own stretch of beach on the green beach, where the beach chairs are also located. A small restaurant and a large playground are located there, as are the campsites. A few hundred metres further on is the North Sea lagoon, an open-air seawater pool that is independent of the tide. In the immediate vicinity of the holiday home you will also find the Spielscheune - an indoor playground with bowling alley and small restaurant - an adventure mini-golf course, a bicycle hire shop and small souvenir shops and restaurants. Children's entertainment is also offered in the summer season. Other Malere coastal towns are not far away, e.g. Fedderwardersiel, from where small boat trips are offered. Other interesting sights include the Langwarder Groden, a high ropes course and the Iggewarden farm. A car ferry departs from Nordenham to Bremerhaven every 20 minutes. Wilhelmshaven is also nearby and well worth a visit.

In the summer season (May to October) a beach chair is available on the Burhaver Grünstrand.

    “Wir haben diese Unterkunft gebucht, weil sie 4 Schlafzimmer + Schlafcouch hat und als „luxuriös“ beschrieben wurde. Die Einrichtung als solche ist angemessen und hat als Extra ein mitWhirlpool, Sauna und großer begehbarer Dusche ausgestattetes Bad. Die Küche ist ausreichend groß und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht.
    Was uns den Aufenthalt absolut vermiest und schlussendlich dazu geführt hat, dass wir früher abgereist sind ist der Zustand des Hauses und die Inkompetenz und Unwilligkeit der Verwalterin. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das fängt bei den Küchenschränken an (wir haben erst mal das Geschirr gespült und die Oberflächen gereinigt), die Bettauflagen sind schmutzig und staubig, die Fenster und Türen dreckig, die Vorhänge fleckig und der Wohnzimmerschrank kaum zu öffnen. Nach Aussagen der Verwalterin dauert die Reinigung des Hauses 3 Stunden ….
    Beanstandungen sind laut Vertrag unverzüglich zu melden. Die Verwalterin interpretiert dies mit einer Zeitspanne von 24 Stunden nach Einzug (angeblich mit Rückendeckung der Eigentümer) und weigert sich alles in Ordnung zu bringen, was danach gemeldet wird. So konnten wir die Fahrräder nicht nutzen, da die Pumpe defekt ist und nicht repariert/ausgetauscht wurde. Eine Diskussion über diese Vorgehensweise gipfelte in Unterstellungen und Beleidigungen (wir hätten wahrscheinlich die Sachen selber kaputt gemacht).

    “Tolle Doppelhaushälfte, sehr gut ausgestattet,WLAN immer funktioniert. Es gab Probleme mit Heizung/Warmwasser, der Eigentümer hat sich aber direkt darum gekümmert. Danke nochmals. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend, es war aber auch noch Vorsaison,war alles schön ruhig und kein großer Trubel.”

    “Unser 3-Generationen-Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus war richtig, richtig gut. Das Ferienhaus ist super modern, sehr sauber und die Ausstattung vor allem - mega! Wir waren uns alle einig: In dem Haus hätten wir alle auch gern einfach dauerhaft wohnen können. :)
    Der kleine Garten ist perfekt. Durch die hohe Hecke gibt es immer genug Schatten, in dem der Kinderwagen stehen kann.

    Wir waren im Mai dort, aber mit dem Ofen im Wohnzimmer und dem luxuriösen Bad mit Sauna und Whirlwanne ist es in der kalten Jahreszeit dort auch sicher auch sehr, sehr cool.

    Vorsicht beim Spielplatz, der gleich um die Ecke liegt: Mind. eine Person lässt dort seinen Hund in den Sandkasten machen und bedeckt den Haufen dann mit ein bisschen Sand. So merkt man es erst, wenn die Einjährige drin sitzt.”
