This duplex apartment consists on the ground floor of a very large living room with sitting area (with sofa bed), dining area and fully equipped American kitchen overlooking the terrace, 2 master suites also overlooking the terrace and separate toilet. Outside there is a very large terrace with a covered part, a pool house with summer kitchen and a swimming pool.

Upstairs is 2 bedrooms overlooking a terrace with panoramic views of the Gulf of Saint Florent, a bathroom and separate toilet.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

This apartment has 3 outdoor parking spaces.
