Independent gîte, in a very small hamlet of 40 inhabitants, between Albi and Rodez, between Tarn and Aveyron.
Named "land of 100 valleys", the Ségala region extends between the valleys of Aveyron to the north and Viaur to the south. A confluence of streams and rivers, these valleys, which have remained wild, are the ideal setting for beautiful walks (the Viaduct, the Planques chapel, the various remains, etc.). On the heritage side, Ségala hosted the famous Toulouse Lautrec in the Château du Bosc in Camjac. His pictorial work can be seen at the eponymous museum in the episcolic town of Albi, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site (20 minutes away). Other remarkable sites between 20 and 40 minutes' drive: Cordes sur Ciel (favorite village), Monestiès (most beautiful village), Sauveterre de Rouergue, the thousand-year-old vineyard of Gaillac. Very close: Lac de la Roucarié or Cap Découverte for swimming or multi-leisure activities.

**The cottage**
It is an old farm which has been completely rehabilitated.
It is accessed by a stone staircase. The living room (sofas, wood stove, TV, stereo), serves all the rooms.
- A large, fully equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker and senseo, kettle, toaster, gas hob, electric oven, mixer, raclette set).
- On the other side of the living room is the first bedroom (160 bed), a bathroom with toilet.
- Wooden stairs which lead upstairs, open on the right to a mezzanine bedroom, with 1 pull-out bed (1 screen is available). On the left, a beautiful attic bedroom (140 cm bed) has a private bathroom, with toilet.
The kitchen opens onto a pleasant covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Stairs go down to the garden where the barbecue is located. You can access the bowling alley located in the hamlet on foot.
Private parking. If you want to store bicycles, the owner gives you access to a warehouse.
Linens provided. Remember to bring your own bathroom linen (not included) Optional cleaning service.
