Located in the valley of the river Viaur, in the heart of the pretty little village of Pampelonne, we offer a charming cottage, for 4 people, completely renovated with taste in spring 2022.
The living room (22m²) opens onto a small kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, a combo oven/microwave and an induction hob. There is also a Senseo coffee machine.
Master bedroom (10.5m²), equipped with a bed 160X200, large wardrobe and wardrobe.
A second independent sleeping area of 8.6m² has 2 90x200 beds that can easily come together to create a large and unique bed; in this room, there are also 2 dressers with wardrobes, as well as large storage spaces under the beds.
A large bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine completes the interior of this small house of 51 m2.
The 3 rooms are equipped with individual reversible air conditioning, and free wifi.
Outside, a terrace that can be protected from the sun by a store, as well as a garden furniture with bright colors, and a Weber barbecue.
You can park your vehicle either on the field or on the street.
The cottage also has a large plot of 450m2, where we will put at your disposal many outdoor games, such as Finnish bowling, balls, table tennis (with rackets); we complete this equipment with the provision for our holidaymakers, adult petanque balls (metal) and children (plastic).
All shops and services in the village (grocery store, pharmacy, butcher shop, bakery, bar-restaurant, shady petanque court, children’s playground, etc.) within walking distance in 2 or 3 minutes.
Dozens of hiking trails pass through the town, especially those following the Viaur and its dams. Less than 2km away, there is a campsite open in fine season and which offers a restaurant in the middle of nature, as well as a canoe kayak base.
Pampelonne is located in the Carmausian country Ségala, land of Jaurès! Walks and hikes, but the department of Tarn also offers cultural discoveries and many local festivals. The beautiful city of Albi and its cathedral Ste Cécile which has just been officially named the 'most beautiful cathedral of France' is about twenty-five minutes away, the city hung on its hill of Cordes-sur-Ciel at half an hour, but let’s not forget Toulouse a little further, or why not change department, because the border with Aveyron and all its natural riches is a few kilometers from Pampelonne (Rodez at 45 minutes). Don’t hesitate, especially if you’re with your family, to spend a day at Cap'Découverte, 25 minutes away from our cottage…
