The spacious, open-plan ground floor of this stunning villa consists of a fully equipped, minimalist kitchen, a dining room and a comfortable living room equipped with Smart LED TV and Bang & Olufsen sound system. From the sun-soaked ground floor, a staircase leads to a true recreationists’ paradise – a fantastically equipped fitness room in the basement featuring top-notch exercise and table tennis equipment.
