On the outdoor terrace there is a heated pool of 24 m2 and a depth of 1.45 meters. Next to it there is a sun deck with 6 deck chairs, where you can relax after hot summer days after a pleasant refreshment in the pool. You can also try traditional Dalmatian dishes on the outdoor gas grill and on the terrace there is a seating set, the perfect place to drink your morning coffee while the sea breeze relaxes you. For those looking for relaxation and tranquility, there is a wellness center on the first floor of the villa with a sauna, a deck chair and a bathtub. Lovers of an active vacation can work out in the outdoor gym with equipment. Other amenities at this villa include a washing machine and an iron. The villa also has a separate toilet. Lovers of delicious drops of premium wines can taste them at the planned wine cellar. The villa has 4 private parking spaces in the yard. If you reach the villa by boat, a private mooring (buoy) is also available.
