Villa Josephine is a very old building dating back over 300 years and is a listed building. Due to its slightly elevated position, there is no oppressive heat here. This makes your stay very pleasant, even at the height of summer.
With its 3 bedrooms, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, allowing you to relax in peace despite the hustle and bustle of the coast.
On the first floor there is a large kitchen with a cooking island and a cozy dining area
for culinary passionates and great evenings, as well as an additional living room with sofa bed and a separate bedroom. Since both rooms, as well as the entire house, have a view of the sea, nature has picturesquely ensured that even the sleepiest romantic among you will be awakened. The large bathroom for these two rooms, with two washbasins, shower and bathtub with a distant view, is located on the pool level.
A covered external staircase (to be considered if you have small children - due to the risk of falling) leads to the upper living area. Here you will find a large living room with a small kitchenette. In addition to a bathroom, there is a second bedroom on the other side of the living room. Parts of the stone wall have been left visible in both rooms. These walls provide protection and enable a restful, deep sleep.
There is a loggia on the terrace, so that al fresco dining is possible in small intimate settings up to larger groups. The spacious pool with counter-current system offers an infinity view of the sea and space for 8 comfortable sun loungers. The lavishly landscaped garden can be used for relaxing and enjoying yourself and there is a table tennis table and various other play equipment on the lowest level.

Trieste is nearby (approx. 60km) and can be wonderfully combined with a trip through Istria, as well as to Crikvenica, the island of Krk and many other hotspots of the Kvarner Bay.
