This rural house has an infinity pool, three bedrooms (two of them with air conditioning), a spacious living room with access to the pool area and a nice kitchen.



Accommodation subject to a deposit to be paid before the keys are handed over by the check-in staff or after holding the card through the payment gateways of the portals. Once the accommodation has been checked, the deposit will be returned.



LOCATION



Located in Cerralba, Cártama, five minutes drive from the exit to Cerralba/Barrio de Gibralgalia. Before arriving at the access gate to the road that takes you to the accommodation there is a small stretch of about 800 metres unpaved. The access road to the house is on a slope and is cemented and striped to ensure a good grip for your vehicle.



You can enjoy beautiful views of the Guadalhorce Valley with a high level of privacy, the nearby distances are far away and the orography places the house on high ground.



In a few minutes by car you will have a wide network of roads that will allow you to access any point of the province of Malaga and enjoy its points of interest.



EXTERIOR OF THE ACCOMMODATION



From your arrival, you will be able to enjoy the views, the access to the rural house is established by means of an access through the private garage or surrounding the lodging and acceding by the accesses of kitchen or lounge dining room. Although in the first instance on arrival you will have to enter through the garage entrance.



The exteriors are comfortable, with garden furniture and you will have different spaces where you can enjoy family gatherings or take some time to relax for yourself.



The infinity pool provides you with beautiful views in your bathroom where you can enjoy the sun and relax watching the scenery. There is an unfenced area of the pool which gives you a clear view of the landscape, so please do not let your children climb over the edge of the pool. It is your responsibility to keep your children safe in the pool area.



INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATION: KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM



You will have a large, open-plan living-dining room with no columns. Bright, with large windows, that even if you close them, you will still have a natural setting with the aforementioned views. The living-dining room spaces are divided into a rest and relaxation area where you can watch television and a dining area so that you can fully enjoy the family meals prepared in the kitchen. The kitchen, although independent, is naturally connected to the dining room furniture.



This kitchen, with an island in the centre and furniture and appliances on both sides, is equipped with everything you need. Please note that at the time of taking the photographs for the advertisement, a professional coffee machine is integrated into the furniture, this machine is disabled due to the complexity of its use. You will nevertheless have an excellent Nespresso coffee machine at your disposal.



BEDROOMS



The house has three bedrooms, the doors of which are integrated into the decoration of the accommodation, thus increasing the soundproofing of the same. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub (the bathtubs, if they have one, do not have a hydromassage motor), but they can be used as bathtubs.



With windows to the outside and wardrobes to store your luggage neatly, the three bedrooms offer three double beds, comfortable and spacious.
