The holiday home for up to 4 people is located in the enclosed garden of the owner's residential property in a quiet location close to the beach (200 m). Snack bar, bakery, restaurant and two supermarkets are within walking distance. The centrally heated holiday home, renovated in 2022, is approx. 45 m² in size and has a living room (corner couch with extra bed, flat-screen TV), a bedroom (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a small open kitchenette (electric hob, fridge, toaster, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, WC). There is also a covered terrace, bicycle storage facilities, free Wi-Fi and a car parking space available for a fee. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and electricity. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, car parking space (3 EUR/day). Pets are not allowed in this property.
