Nestled near Sarlat in Dordogne, this spacious holiday home accommodates guests across a main house and an adjoining outbuilding and is just a 15-minute walk to the nearest shops.

The main house features a welcoming entrance leading to an independent kitchen and laundry room. It comprises three bedrooms. The generously sized living area opens to the terraces and pool, offering a dining space and a comfortable sitting area. The independent outbuilding hosts an additional bedroom with private shower room and a gym equipped with fitness gear and a wall-mounted flat screen.

Outside, a spacious covered terrace adjoining the kitchen and living area provides outdoor furniture. A pool house with amenities including an American fridge, and gas griddle complements the covered shaded relaxation area adorned with deckchairs and cushions. The 11m x 5m heated swimming pool, featuring corner stairs and a diving alarm, offers a refreshing retreat.

Note: The property is situated along a small secondary road, providing easy access to nearby amenities.

The house is located on the outskirts of the village along a secondary road leading to the village. All shops are at walking distance (500 m). The beautiful medieval city of Sarlat (all shops, restaurants and facilities) is 9 km away.
