Inviting cottage in a good location.

On the slopes of U?ka, above Opatija, surrounded by greenery and tranquility with a unique view of the Kvarner Bay and the city of Rijeka, is thisholiday home. A spacious, completely fenced garden with a swimming pool and a large sunbathing area offers absolute safety for your children and your pet. The specialty of this household is organically grown vegetables and fruits, which you can try fresh or in various delicacies.

A spacious terrace in the green and another covered and equipped with a stone barbecue will allow you to enjoy conviviality and good food during the day with a glass of wine and a unique view.

Due to its location, the house is an ideal starting point for trips to the near and far surroundings - the fabulous Opatija, the city of Rijeka with many cultural events, the town of Kastav and its blues festival, the nature park U?ka or the Lisinska forest just a few minutes away. If you rent a boat, you can visit the nearby islands, modern roads will take you to the island of Krk, Crikvenica Riviera or visit Istria. For lovers of good gastronomy there is a village restaurant, as well as numerous taverns and top restaurants in the area.

    “Möbel ist sehr alt und könnte ausgewechselt werden. Haus hat nicht von Sauberkeit geglänzt, aber es war nicht schmutzig. Pool ist sehr schön. Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es fehlte uns nichts. Besitzerin sehr nett und hilfsbereit.”

    “Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind perfekt. Lage ist ein bisschen ungünstig, da es oben in den Bergen ist und man braucht ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten mit dem Auto bis man am Meer ist. Dafür ist die Aussicht atemberaubend. Besitzer sind sehr lieb, aber es sollte erwähnt werden, dass sie direkt unten am Haus wohnen und ziemlich präsent sind.”

    “Lage: nicht so gut geeignet für furchtsame und ungeübte Autofahrer oder Gehbehinderte - Zufahrt sehr steil und schmale "Gassen".
    Ausstattung: Wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht (und brauchen könnte). Etwas eng mit Kleiderschränken wird es wahrscheinlich bei mehr als 4 Personen.
    Sauberkeit: Man könnte vom Fußboden essen!
    Vermieter: Ganz reizende Leute, vor allem Ljerka ist eine Perle!”
