The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing, fire place and court. Garden pavilion with dining area and summer kitchen (equipped with grill, hot plate, dishwasher, dishes and fridge).

Škrip. The villa is located on a 450 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
