Well furnished and air conditioned apartment with view to the pool

This apartment is in a building in the town of Benidorm and only 400 metres from the sandy beach.



The apartment has a living space of around 55 m² and offers space for up to six people. It is on the fifth floor and has two bedrooms. In a nice decorated parents bedroom there is a double bed, built-In wardrobe and has air conditioning. In the second room there are two single beds that can be separated. Also here there are a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning. From the living area with access to the balcony you have a great view. Here you will find a sofa bed for two people, armchair, dining table with six chairs, TV, video and also air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, washing machine, microwave, toaster, ceramic hob, dishwasher and pots is open towards the living area. The modern bath has a bath tub, bidet, hair dryer, toilet and washbasin.



The apartment provides a nice balcony with a view towards the pool landscape. Balcony furniture, table and chairs are available. There is enough sun on the balcony. Next to the large swimming pool there is also a kid’s pool.



The accommodation also has an underground car park with exit to two streets. Due to several lifts (one panorama lift) the accommodation is also suitable for people with restricted mobility.



The accommodation is only about 200 metres from the next beach. Guests will find enough shops, banks, restaurants, discos and bars in close proximity. Your apartment is behind the Hotel Don Pancho.

    “My review for torramar lovely apartment very clean. The only thing I thought was some extra pillows and a little Hoover to use on floor. It would also be nice to have a sun lounger to lay around pool. But these things never spoilt our stay. Gloria who we got keys off was good very quick and easy to get in touch with. The atraveo team are great very quick to get back in touch with you with any question you asked. We have booked same apartment for next October.”

    “Dit appartement is ons zeer goed bevallen(hebben inmiddels weer geboekt) wij bevelen het een ieder aan voor max.4 personen. Ligging is uitstekend men zit overal kort bij. Het enige wat we misten is een stofzuiger,alles moet nu met een stoffer en een natte doek. Ook de prijs vinden wij Heel mooi. Voor de rest een prima accomodatie.”
