    “Un appartement exceptionnel. Il est situé au rez-de-chaussée. Une villa moderne avec un équipement bien adapté avec un four traditionnel, une cuisinière gaz, un micro-ondes, un toaster, une machine à laver, une télévision européenne et l'internet.
    Un terrasse agréable et un très joli jardin. Toutes les pièces sont spacieuses avec de très importants rangements. La maison possède un chauffage central pour une éventuelle location hivernale. Il y a un parking pour 2 à 3 véhicules et un portail automatique.”
