The Residence is in a very charming location in Bibione Spiaggia. This elegant building in the typical Balnearic style of the last century is located in the heart of the place overlooking Piazza Treviso. The distance to the sea is 200 meters, the same path separates the residential complex from the thermal bath.

    “Gute Ausstattung, zwei Balkone mit Markisen, einer an der Sonnenseite direkt über der Einkaufsmeile, aber nicht laut. Man kann jeden Abend den Mond bewundern und dem lebendigen Treiben aus angenehmen Höhe zusehen. Die Dusche etwas eng, für korpulente Menschen ungeeignet.”
