Whole House in Balatonszárszó with Large Terrace

The detached house with two residential units (an apartment on the ground floor and an attic apartment with a separate outdoor entrance) in Balatonszárszó (south shore between Siofok and Balatonlelle) stands on a 1800m² site with large lawns and fruit trees and is 800 metres from a free, very beautiful beach that also has free parking spaces.Holiday apartment on the ground floor of a holiday house with a large terrace and a generous garden with fruit trees and space to play

This option is for renting the apartment on the ground floor with 140m² of living space. If you are also interested in the attic apartment to have the whole house to yourselves, please book it separately. This apartment was fully renovated in 2013/14 and newly furnished. It has a living room with a sofa bed, three bedrooms with double beds (and the possibility of two further guests on supplementary beds) and two bathrooms, one with a corner bath and shower cubicle, the other with a shower and WC. There is also a separate guest WC. The fully-equipped kitchen-diner includes a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, gas stove, grill, raclette, mixer, cutlery, crockery, cookware, tea towels, washing up liquid, a dishwasher. Board games, various toys for children and German books are available.

Right in front of the entrance to the apartment there is a 40m² roofed terrace for your own exclusive use, with a big dining table and chairs, deckchairs and a beanbag for children. The generous garden of 1400m² for shared use with the attic apartment provides a grill area, an 800m² playing lawn, a table tennis table, badminton sets, a slide, swing, a wooden Wendy house with a sandpit, a paddling pool, various children’s vehicles, as well as a bouncy castle with a slide. Up to six cars can be parked on the enclosed site.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in the apartment and on the roofed terrace. There are three table with chairs in the garden for smokers. Guests should also note that all three bedrooms have been laid with new carpets, therefore please do not wear outdoor shoes or beach shoes in the bedrooms.

The nearest shopping facilities are about 200 metres away, the nearest restaurant about 400 metres. It is about 800 metres to the sandy beach.

    “Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen kleinen Straße. Die große Wohnung (untere Etage) ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sollte doch einmal etwas fehlen, kann man die sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin ansprechen. Sie spricht fließend deutsch und wohnt auf dem Grundstück. Das Grundstück ist riesig und bietet mit Wiese, Hüpfburg, Trampolin, Schaukeln, Tischtennisplatte, Sandkasten und viel Auslauf alles, was das Herz begehrt. Auch für die Erwachsenen gibt es zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten, an denen man laue Sommerabende im Freien genießen kann. Kinderspielzeug, Strandutensilien, Bücher und diverse Spiele für alle Altersgruppen sind vorhanden.”

    “Sauber ist die Ferienwohnung, aber die Lage ist ganz schlimm nur Hundegebell die ganze Nacht sehr viel Unruhe in der Strasse schon ab 6 Uhr Morgens. Der Strand ist sehr weit entfernt ca.1.5 km.”

    “Wir wohnen in einer kleinen Nebenstraße, dies und auch die Entfernung zum Strand lässt sich leicht über diverse online-Ortspläne überprüfen, daher sind diese Vorwürfe unbedacht. Haustiere haben wir nicht.”
