Holiday house with a modern interior and a terrace with a wonderful view, above a yacht harbour
The holiday house renovated in 2014 is right above a yacht harbour in the famous Milna bay.
The holiday house consists of a main building and an annex. The main building is accessed via a courtyard, leading straight into the open living room that also comprises the kitchen and the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, stove, dishwasher, tableware, microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as a washing machine. Two people can sleep on a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. On the other side of the house there is another entrance door, leading into the hallway. This provides access to the bathroom with a WC and shower and the double bedroom (bed 160 x 190cm). Next to the main building there is an annex, with a bedroom that has a double bed and a single bed. The double bed measures 160 x 190cm, the single bed 90 x 190cm. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC.
A large terrace and a beautiful garden with pines are available for enjoying al fresco meals together in front of the house. Relax on the lounge armchairs in the shade of the trees or under a large parasol. As the site is just 20 steps above the sea, you can enjoy a natural sea breeze.
The living room and a bedroom are cooled by air conditioning on hot summer days. There is also heating available in these rooms on colder days. The second bedroom has a large fan on the ceiling. The holiday house is suitable for families with children, boaters and of course all guests who would like to spend a relaxing holiday.
The holiday house is about a five-minute walk from a beach and a restaurant. On the beach you can swim snorkel and dive. The town centre of Milna is a short walk away. There you can find shops, a bank, a post office, medical services, restaurants and cafés. It is said that Milna’s nightlife is among the best on the island. Many festivals, performances and concerts are held here. However, Milna is also famous for its historical centre with excellent architecture, a historic church and a yacht harbour. Recommended trips on the island include the famous Golden Horn and Lovrecina beaches, the Dragon Caves in Murciva, the Skrip Museum, and Vidova Gora, the highest mountain on the island with a beautiful view of the sea.
