The Finca is heated with underfloor heating and the air conditioning unit if necessary. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning.
The spacious patio grants unobstructed views of the large 14 x 5 meter fresh water pool that is also heated in the cooler months via solarthermics. There is an outdoor shower. The property is ideal for children. The giant hammock for the whole family is a great place to hang out and relax. Enjoy a good book or a glass of wine here. The newly built professional boule court is also available for your enjoyment. Enjoy La Dolce Vita!
