After renovation work spanning a number of years, the house has been transformed into an exceptional holiday villa right by the sea, in the idyllic fishing village of Rogac, on the island of Solta.

Typical regional stone structures together with a homely, modern and tasteful interior create the atmosphere of a Mediterranean luxury villa with 270m² of living space on three floors. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and there is a fan on the ground floor. The villa affords an impressive view of the sea. The ground floor has an excellently equipped kitchen-diner with a kitchen island, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, pans, pots, a complete set of breakfast and dinner tableware and cutlery, for ten people. There is an espresso machine (with Dolce Gusto capsules, charged according to use). The cosy dining area provides space for eight to ten people. The ground floor has a sauna with a shower and a separate guest toilet, as well as a home trainer and a washing machine. Both the ground floor and the first floor have underfloor heating. On the first floor, a spacious TV lounge with satellite TV, a stereo system and free wireless Internet access (ca. 500b/s) invites you to relax. Or else you can relax in the brightly daylit lounge in front of the open fireplace. Here there is a small balcony facing the sea. There is also a separate guest toilet. The house provides five bedrooms, of which three afford a picturesque view of the sea. On this floor you can find a large double bedroom for two people with a comfortable double bed with a quality mattress (180 x 200cm), light down blankets and high-quality bedlinen, as well as a bathroom with quality fittings, underfloor heating, a shower, toilet, bidet, toiletries, hand and bath towels. The bedroom leaves nothing to be desired, as it also has individually regulated air conditioning and heating, a sea view and a safe. The other four double bedrooms are on the second floor. They each have a comfortable double bed (180 x 200cm) with a quality mattress, light down blankets and high-quality bedlinen, as well as individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Two of the bedrooms open onto a small balcony with a sea view. Those staying in the rooms on the second floor can use two bathrooms with quality fittings, underfloor heating, a shower, toilet, toiletries, hand and bath towels. All the rooms are non-smoking. A cot is available on request. Cleanliness and tidiness are a top priority in this luxury villa.

The kitchen-diner on the ground floor has direct access to the large garden and the secluded interior courtyard with a terrace, dining area and traditional barbecue, for atmospheric, Mediterranean evenings under the stars. There is another direct access to the harbour terrace with further seating for eight to ten people.

Apart from the fitness and sauna area, you can also exercise in the private swimming pool. This outdoor pool measures 3.5 x 6.5m with a depth of 1.6m and is surrounded by a sun terrace with comfortable deckchairs, a parasol and a garden shower. Three free parking spaces are available behind the house. It is recommended to travel by car.

It is just a short distance to the nearest beach for swimming. You can explore romantic bays, remote beaches and authentic fishing villages by car or by boat, surrounded by wildly romantic nature.

    “This is a great house to stay in, the location is very good.
    There is nothing to complain about.
    The house is clean and easy to keep it that way while you are there.
    The furnishings are just what's needed - there is room to do your own thing within the house if you want.
    The pool is the right size for a holiday pool (if you want to swim for miles then the sea is out the front).
    There were 8 of us staying and we were never in each other's way.
    I do not know what else to say - we all enjoyed our holiday at this property very much and would all love to return at some point!”
