Outside, a comfortable area equipped with a table and chairs. The home furnishings are simple but functional and essential. The apartment has not its own private parking place: nearby there are few free parkings or at about 300 mt from the house there is a payment parking at € 6,00 per day.

Arrivals: check-in h. 16.00-19.30. Departures: check-out within h. 9.00. Final cleaning: € 70,00 for apartments to pay on arrival. Bed linen and bath towels included (kit per person with weekly change). Security deposit: € 100,00 to deposit on arrival at the delivery of the keys.     “Sehr ruhige Hanglage. Wenn die Nachbarn mitspielen (zwei direkte u. zwei indirekte) bleibt es auch ruhig. Die Apartments waren von Italienischen Gästen bewohnt. Keine Parkmöglichkeit. Das nervt am meisten. Kein WLAN. Sehr schlechte mobile Verbindung. Das Apartment hat keinen Meerblick! Insgesamt ist es sehr alt, abgewohnt, renovierungsbedürftig. Teilweise hängen die Steckdosen Lebensgefährlich aus der Wand heraus. Ein Adapter für Steckdosen ist unbedingt notwendig. Ein Fan war vorhanden. Eine Klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert.

    Die Ausstattung der Küche ist auf das Minimum beschränkt und ist alt und abgenutzt. Es verfügt über einen kleinen Standardkühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Kochfeld 2x2 Gas. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung.
