Two holiday apartments with a balcony and sea view, on a holiday complex with a pool, not far from the beach


The two holiday apartments are part of a holiday complex with a lift, quietly situated on the edge of the Esterel nature park and the Aiguille Rouge nature reserve, also near the beach.

The two apartments of around 32m² can each accommodate two adults and one or two small children. They comprise a living room with a window front, a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200cm), a bathroom with a shower, bath and WC, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The living room has a sofa and digital TV, a home cinema and DVD player, as well as a stereo system and a fan. There is also a dining table. A washing machine and heating are available, as well as wireless Internet access.

Outside on the complex there is a 450m² shared pool with a whirlpool and a baby pool, open from May to September. Both apartments enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. Each apartment has a private, roofed parking space.

The owner welcomes guests personally. On arrival you will find a basic stock of groceries and cleaning products, as well as a regional restaurant and travel guide. A cot and a highchair can be provided on request.

The apartments are ideally located for enjoying the advantages of this beautiful area. You can experience a perfect seaside holiday by the pool and by the sea. The lovely sandy beaches at Théoule are about 1km away. Hiking enthusiasts will also enjoy it here, owing to the proximity to the nature reserve. You can go on lovely trips into the Alpes Maritimes and the Var. The nearest grocery shop is about 1km away, as well as restaurants and cafés.

Holiday apartment with a balcony and a sea view, for two people

The holiday apartment is on the second floor of the complex and can accommodate two adults and one small child. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, mini oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. In front of it there is the living room with a dining table and two chairs. There is a washing machine with an integrated dryer.

Outside there is a balcony with garden furniture for four people and a wonderful panoramic view of the Théoule bay and Cannes.

    “Wir haben uns in jeder Hinsicht in dieser Ferienwohnung wohl gef ühlt.
    Die Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Meeresbucht und die Französischen
    Alpen ist ausgezeichnet.
    Zum Wandern und Spazierengehen in dieser Jahreszeit (Ende Februar) liegen alle
    Möglichkeiten praktisch vor der Haustür.
    Die Einrichtung der Wohnung in jeder Hinsicht optimal und alles in äußerst gepflegtem
    Zustand. Zudem sehr gemütlich. Sichere Parkmöglichkeit f ür PKW im Parkhaus im
    Untergeschoss.
    Wir wurden außerdem sehr herzlich von den Ferienwohnungsanbietern empf angen und
    mit vielen nützlichen Tipps f ür die Umgebung beschenkt.
    Alles in allem f ür uns beide ein paar wunderschöne Urlaubstage.”

    “Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem super Ausblick, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und auf das wohl der Mieter bedacht. Die Wohnung ist mit ausreichent Informationsmaterial ausgestattet und kleine Aufmerksamkeiten vom Vermieter ( Fotobuch + Postkarten ), super ! Wir kommen gern wieder und können die Wohnung nur empfehlen.”

    “Die Fewo ist nett und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Badezimmer, WC und Schlafzimmer sind separat. Sie befindet sich im 4. Stock und ist bequem mit dem Lift oder zu Fuß erreichbar. Vom Balkon (recht geräumig) kann man vor allem abends einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Bucht vor Napoule mit Booten etc. werfen. Die Wohnung ist in einem gepflegten Zustand und absolut sauber.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert und daran interessiert, dass sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen.
    Wer Unternehmungen machen will, findet dazu sehr viele Informationen, was in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung "lohnen" könnte. Alle Informationen sind auf dem aktuellen Stand. Zusätzlich gibt es einen Guide-Michelin, der viel Hintergrundwissen vermittelt.
    Die Wohnung ist ihren Preis wert.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Ganz besonders schön ist der Blick über das Meer bis nach Cannes. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben gerne Tipps für Unternehmungen. Sehr zu empfehlen!”
